Stacy Hutcheson has served as Wagner's Chief Operating Officer (COO) since co-founding the company with CEO Jeff Wagner in 2004. Stacy began his professional career in 1991 as Sales Representative for a transportation company. In 1992 he was promoted to Regional Manager and in 1993 was one of two employees selected out of 2,500 for the coveted Executive Development Program for future leadership.
In 1994 Stacy joined a Southeast U.S. contract services company, taking charge of a small operation where he quadrupled annual revenue within one year and achieved significant profit. He was named Regional Manager in 1996, served as Chairman of the Safety Committee from 1997 to 2000, and in November of 2000 was promoted to VP and named to the Executive Board. Stacy attributes his success to a focus on combining business verticals into a comprehensive service delivery platform and marketing it to diverse client groups. He and Jeff adopted this same model as a defining principle when founding Wagner in 2004. Stacy remains attuned to the evolving needs of existing clients, actively supports the acquisition and development of new business, and works with his two Regional Vice Presidents to grow the leadership and staff in each of Wagner's branch offices. |
